How to Manage (Add, Delete) multiple users in Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter
Managing users functionality is only available to the admin users of the applications of having more than 1 user plan.  
  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. You can see all your subscriptions. Select any one of the app. [This step is only for users who is subscribed to multiple companies.]
  5. Go to settings menu and click “Manager users”
  6. You can add and delete users.
  7. You will see the success message on the top.
  8. The invited user will receive an invitation email and will need to click on a link in the email to access the App. They can also directly login to https://importer.transactionpro.com/tpiplus/ to use the same subscription.
Note: In step 7, if you see an error message instead of success message, try the step 6 again.  If error continues, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to support@transactionpro.com
 
How to Add Another Company to your Subscription in Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter
You can manage multiple QBO companies from your same user profile (same user login) by following these steps:
  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. You can see all your subscriptions. Select any one of the app. [This step is only for users who is subscribed to multiple companies.]
  5. In the upper right mouse over your company name and in the drop-down select Add another Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter subscription
  6. Click “Add a Subscription” button at the bottom. It will take you to the Subscription Details screen. Though it is not connected to any QBO company file as of yet.
  7. Click “Connect to QuickBooks button” after the right animated arrow.
  8. It will open up the Intuit pop up, you need to select the company you want to connect and then authorize.
  9. You are now connected to that QBO company.
  10. You will also get the welcome email from us about your recent connection with QBO.
Note: In step 9, if you see an error message instead of success message, repeat the step 7 again.  If error continues, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to support@transactionpro.com
 
How to Cancel your Subscription in Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter
  1. Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
  2. Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
  3. Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
  4. You can see all your subscriptions. Select the subscription that you want to cancel. [This step is only for users who is subscribed to multiple companies.]
  5. At the bottom of screen, select the button “Cancel Subscription”. It will re-confirm for the cancellation. Select “Cancel subscription”
  6. You will get success message for the cancellation for the subscription.
Note: TPI subscription is per QBO company, so for cancellation of other QBO company , follow the same steps. In case of any error, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to support@transactionpro.com
 
The application has already been subscribed to by another user for this company.
You are receiving this error because someone else has already signed up for a Transaction Pro Importer subscription for this company file.  You need to request that the user that signed up initially for the application invite you as a user.  They can do this by launching the App at https://importer.transactionpro.com/ and signing in with Intuit.  After the application has been launched select settings in the upper right of the web browser and select Add User.
 
I have been invited as a user to the Transaction Pro Importer application but I cannot access the App from within QuickBooks Online.
By design Intuit has only made applications available on the App Center accessible via QuickBooks Online to the admin or owner of the application.  Participant users can access the Transaction Pro Importer application at our website at https://importer.transactionpro.com/
