Trouble importing multiple lines invoices into QuickBooks online

I'm importing invoices and have mapped Customer with Full Name and I'm getting an error 
Sasha Legetich [Matching Resale# Missing!]
I have created full name in excel from first name and last name.
I have raised the query and have been told it's tax ref, a bit confused as it should be customer name.
Please help, getting quite lost now!

You need to uncheck the Transaction Pro option:  Cross Reference customer name with resale number on sales transactions
