Invoice Import (Excel files) - Certain cells not copying, no idea why

Suddenly, within my PO Number and Item columns of data, once Imported from the Excel file, there are certain cells just empty.  Some in the same column have copied, some are just blank.  I have read all I can find and tried everything - please help!!
