Does TPI consolidate RefNumbers into one transaction?
Question asked by Marty Robbins - November 19, 2015 at 11:37 AM
I use Lowe's Account Receivable charges and have tried to import each month using their download function for QBO files but find that every single line item is its own transaction. What I am looking for is the same download that my Chase Credit Card downloads, the total amount for transaction and no line numbers.
Does TPI consolidate each line item and only give me the total in one line when I import into QBO?
Here is a sample of what I am getting:
Date             RefNUM     PO      Store    SKU       Description                                Qty          Price Ea  Item Total
10/01/2015    902741      SUE    2516    315777    RNDUP XCTRL 1.25-GAL PMP    1    EA    $18.97    $18.97       10/01/2015    902741      SUE    2516    90939    5/8X4X8 FLT TOP WRC PICKE     4    EA    $2.46      $9.84
10/01/2015    902741      SUE    2516         TAX                                                     1    EA    $2.38      $2.38                                                             SubTotal  TAX     Total
                                                  $28.81    $2.38    $31.19
What I want to see in QBO is
Date   PO   Total
Does TPI do this and if so, what do I need to do?
