Thanks for your response. No, this is not a subaccount and no we don't use account numbers when importing.
I've done this JE at least 20 times in the last 12 months using the same template.
1)tried with numbers, without numbers, with different accounts.
2)checked to make sure the QBO file number ties
3)tried creating new accounts to try with
4)tried to open the books completely
Is there anyone I can hop on a call with to solve this? Its extremely frustrating and delaying my Jan close.
Until last week, TransactionPro has worked seamlessly for me.
