How to enable the Troubleshooting Log

QuickBooks Online > Intuit App Center - Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online
We may ask you to send us the troubleshooting log when trying to assist you resolve an error message.  Please follow the steps below to create this log for us.
  1. Create a ONE line import file that repeats this behavior
  2. Select the options button prior to starting the import
  3. Check the box next to "Enable Troubleshooting Log..."
  4. Select save
  5. Import the transaction
  6. Check the box next to View the Troubleshooting Log
  7. Highlight the resulting text and copy and paste the actual text into a return email
