We may ask you to send us the troubleshooting log when trying to assist you resolve an error message. Please follow the steps below to create this log for us.
- Create a ONE line import file that repeats this behavior
- Select the options button prior to starting the import
- Check the box next to "Enable Troubleshooting Log..."
- Select save
- Import the transaction
- Check the box next to View the Troubleshooting Log
- Highlight the resulting text and copy and paste the actual text into a return email
