How to Manage (Add, Delete) multiple users in Transaction Pro Importer
Managing users functionality is only available to the admin users of the applications  of having more than 1 user plan.  You need to request that the user that signed up initially for the application invite you as a user.  They can do this by launching the App at https://importer.transactionpro.com/ and select the “Transaction Pro Importer Classic” from the Login menu and signing in with Intuit.  After the application has been launched select settings in the upper right of the web browser and select Add User.  The invited user will receive an invitation email and will need to click on a link in the email to access the App.
 
How to Add Another Company to your Subscription in Transaction Pro Importer
Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/ and select the “Transaction Pro Importer Classic” from the Login menu and sign in with Intuit.  In the upper right mouse over your company name and in the drop-down select Add another Transaction Pro subscription.
 
How to Cancel your Subscription in Transaction Pro Importer
Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/ and select the “Transaction Pro Importer Classic” from the Login menu and sign in with Intuit.  Select Home in the upper right and select My account . Go to Manage my Apps tab and select the link: Cancel subscription.
 
Note: TPI subscription is per QBO company, so for cancellation of other QBO company , follow the same steps. 
 
The application has already been subscribed to by another user for this company.

I have been invited as a user to the Transaction Pro Importer application but I cannot access the App from within QuickBooks Online.
By design Intuit has only made applications available on the App Center accessible via QuickBooks Online to the admin or owner of the application.  Participant users can access the Transaction Pro Importer application at our website at https://importer.transactionpro.com/
