If you receive a notification from Transaction Pro that your subscription did not renew as we were unable to charge your credit card please follow the steps below.
- Go to https://importer.transactionpro.com/
- Select the “Transaction Pro Importer/Exporter” from the Login menu.
- Select the “Sign in with Intuit button” to login to the app.
- You can see all your subscriptions. Select any one of the app . [This step is only for users who is subscribed to multiple companies otherwise go to step 5.]
- Go to settings menu and click “Edit user profile”
- Updated the card information and click “Submit card details” button.
- You will see the success message on the top.
- You can now renew/upgrade the subscription.
Congratulations! Now your new card is updated.
Note: In step 6, if you see an error message instead of success message, try the step 6 again. If error continues, take the screen shot of the error along with your QBO company name and email ID and email to email@example.com
