Trouble Upgrading to a Paid Subscription[Add/Update credit card] -Transaction Pro Importer for QuickBooks Online

If you are having difficulties upgrading your free trial to a paid subscription more than likely it is because your trial was not connected to a Quickbooks Online company file.  Please follow the steps below to upgrade.
  1. Use URL to login to tpi.
  2. Select “Connect to QB” button.
  3. Select the company you want to use and authorize.
  4. This will take you to main page when you can see the link "upgrade subscription" on your right hand side before your email ID.
  5. Select "Upgrade subscription" that will take you to upgrade subscription page.
  6. Select "Add card"  that will take you to Update card information page 
  7. Update your credit card information and Submit card details; make sure card is successfully saved. You can see the message on the top left corner.
  8. After the card is saved, it will take you to upgrade subscription, you can choose the plan and check terms and service and click Upgrade button. Now the card is submitted and your credit card is charged.
  9. Your subscription is now renewed and ready to be used.
