If you receive the following message within the Transaction Pro App, Unfortunately and internal error occurred while processing your request, you will need to disconnect the App via the Intuit App Center.
- Go to http://apps.intuit.com/ and sign in
- Select My Apps.
- Select the tab Manage my Apps tab
- Under Transaction Pro Importer select Disconnect
- Select Yes Disconnect App and select next
- You will then be directed to the Transaction Pro Importer App page select Sign Out at the top
- Then select sign in with Intuit and go through the Authorization Flow
- Select the Connect to QuickBooks button, Connect the Company and select Authorize
