Custom Fields are not Appearing in the Export File

QuickBooks Desktop (Pro, Premier or Enterprise) > Transaction Pro Exporter
If you are exporting transactions from QuickBooks using Transaction Pro Exporter and you do not see the custom fields in the export file please go into QuickBooks for the template that is being used for that transaction and check them off on the template to either display on the screen or print or both.

Also make sure that the data is populated on the form in QuickBooks.

Also the custom fields will appear at the extreme right of the exported file.
