Common Error Messages Transaction Pro Importer Plus for QuickBooks Online

Below are some of the common error messages that you may see within the Transaction Pro Importer ("TPI") App along with explanations and how to resolve them.
Invalid Account
If you are using account numbers in your import file include the lowest sub-account number and be sure to select the options button at the upper right of the Preview and Import screen.
If using account names be sure to include both the account and any sub-accounts separated by a colon (eg. Account:Sub-Account),
