Unable to Activate Transaction Pro Product
Unable to activate Transaction Pro Importer (TPI), Exporter (TPE), or Deleter (TPD) Desktop or Server Editions.
Please check the following items:
- You have an Internet connection.
- Your login and password are correct (the password should contain no spaces).
- You have read/write permissions to the two installed Transaction Pro folders: one in user documents and one in program files (if the default location was used during installation).
- The option to use a proxy server is not selected in your Internet Properties.
- Go to your Internet Properties (search for Internet Properties in your Window Settings menu).
- Select the Connections tab.
- Select the LAN Settings button.
- Under Proxy Server, make sure the option to use a proxy server is not selected.
- Make sure your Firewall or Virus Program is not blocking the following web addresses:
