QUESTION

 

When exporting transactions, why are the transaction lines (ie. Expense Accounts and/or Items) not also exporting?

 

RESOLUTION

 

If the detail lines of the transaction are not seen in the exported file, make sure that the box is not checked next to SUPPRESS TRANSACTION LINES. When this box is checked, only the header and footer information for the transaction will be exported.
