Transaction Pro Importer display screen is not displaying properly, is hard to read, or has lines running through it.
It could be the result of not having the MS San Serif font installed on the computer. Please review this Microsoft knowledge base article: APPLICATION FONT ISSUES
If using a Windows 10 machine, please check your Display Settings.
Go to Control Panel
Make sure that the slider under CHANGE THE SIZE OF TEXT, APPS AND OTHER ITEMS is set to 100% (slider should be all the way to the left)
