ISSUE

When a Vendor or Customer name already exists, Transaction Pro Importer creates a new name in QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

RESOLUTION

Importer does a match based upon what is in the Display Name field on the Vendor or Customer setup in QBDT. Make sure the values in the import file match QBDT exactly (spelling, spacing, capitalization, and punctuation).
