What are my support options?
Users of the Transaction Pro online products for QuickBooks Online with an active Transaction Pro subscription are eligible for unlimited email support.
Users who use Transaction Pro in the Right Networks or Swizznet hosted environment are eligible for unlimited email support.
Users of the Transaction Pro products in the desktop or server version to be used with QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Enterprise are eligible for free email support for 90 days from the date of product purchase.
Users of the Transaction Pro desktop products may also purchase an annual email support that will provide the user with unlimited email support for one year. An annual email support plan may be purchased HERE.
Transaction Pro does provide phone and screen share support and on-boarding sessions. This is a Premium Support option that may be purchased HERE. Each session includes a phone/screen share with a Transaction Pro Customer Success specialist for up to one (1) hour.
